SCHOOL POLICY

Tuition can be paid online, over the phone, in the office by credit card, or checks can be left in the tuition envelope on the office door. Lessons are schedule weekly for 1/2 hour duration. Cancelled lessons will not be credited or refunded, although every effort for make-ups will be made to reschedule. Make-up days are intended for illness, teacher absence and inclement weather at teachers discretion. Scheduling for those days are not guaranteed, based on availability and must be discussed in advance with your instructor. Priority will be given to cancellations due to illness.

 

If you will be discontinuing lessons, please notify the office in writing. No refunds will be given for unused lessons once the semester has begun. Please note that the music school follows Frederick County Public School inclement weather policies. If FCPS is closed or has early dismissal due to weather, piano lessons are cancelled.

 

Students are expected to wash their hands upon entering the store, come ready to learn, dressed appropriately, and treat each other with respect. Warm up for lessons is permitted only in classrooms which are not in use, and not on the showroom floors.

There are several need and talent based scholarship programs within the Frederick Community. We don't want to see any student with a desire to learn unable to take lessons. Please reach out to us.
