Downtown Piano Works may be the best place to purchase a used piano. While many customers trade in pianos when purchasing a new Yamaha, we generally choose to wholesale them sideways to other piano retailers and not sell directly to the public. Occasionally we will take in a piano that is exceptional in quality and history of service. Only when we come across a pre owned instrument that we feel completely confident in its ability to offer years of playability and if it meets our extremely high standards, we will choose to list it for sale. All pre owned instruments include delivery, matching bench, warranty and in home tuning.

We have never seen a pre-owned piano this pristine. It is in simply flawless condition inside and out. The piano had one owner, and was hardly played other than at holiday parties. Regularly tuned and maintained, there is not a mark on it...not even the matching bench. We have the original bill of sale, and accompanying paperwork. We rate this as an exceptional piano.
It has a simply gorgeous tone with a perfectly even, very responsive action.
